$OII Niche leader in subsea robotics at 12x P/E. Offshore rig count accelerating (70% share), A&D growing DD, new autonomous tech a major growth driver in other end markets (lifts, etc). Investor day next week will showcase products and new LT targets. >50% NTM upside, IMO.

After the FMX deal, $BGC now trades at 6x earnings with mid-teens growth for the next 3 years. We think the next stop is 2x from here.

$AWRE @ .71x EV/OCF despite ARR growing 20% YoY. The CEO previously oversaw the biggest biometrics acquisition in recent at his priorco.

Shares @ ~$1.8 yet there's $1.44 in cash(!) No debt. Ongoing buyback. Mgmt comp based on far OTM options ($~5)...

There's value out there.

I just realized I'm running a merger arb strat in my PA. I can't remember there being a collection of asymmetric merger arbs with 10% downside and 60-80% upside. $BAK $CPRI $PARA

Nice to see Propel Media $PROM paying another dividend.  $0.00509 per share.  Over 3.5 cents per share in last twelve months - not bad compared to Cedar Creek's $0.23 basis.  Still wish FTC had not blocked sale at ~$3 per share.  I think our patience will still be rewarded.
