$DVA short with a $FMS pair long looking very attractive. FMS less debt, higher ebitda - both roughly same size. I will acknowledge the diversion in margins from pre covid recovery for DVA > FMS but gap is absurd. Buffett can't + won't buy anymore shares and likely forced seller

Earnings growth + the portion of earnings paid out gives a rough estimate assuming a reasonable starting multiple.  The qualitative/subjective layer is guessing the growth, where it's worth thinking about both revenue and margins.  In $MC's case:

Solid results from $DNTL last week. I met with management yesterday at Canaccord in Boston and feel confident that the CDCP rollout should be a positive for them over time. Also interesting they mentioned a US listing could occur in the next 24-36 months.

Nice quarter as I expected for $ENDI.  Lots of unusual items to work through but adjusted EBITDA reflects the improvement.  Compensation was a bit more than I expected.

$SNPX I don't know what to do w/ it.  $3.70 currently.  Loses $1 per share per qtr.  $20 per share in cash.  $15 per share in equity due to payable on Pref stk.  Staggered board.  They could stop what they are doing and liquidate and 5-10x from here yet I'm sure they won't.
