1/ $JACK is a franchisor of the Jack-in-the-Box ("JITB") and Del Taco ("DT"), collectively ~2,800 restaurants. JITB and DT are ~94% and ~71% franchised, respectively. $JACK closed at $52.45 and mgmt just updated FY24E EPS guidance to $6.25-6.40 (8.3x P/E at the midpoint).

I see people mentioning the $ARCO (MCD's S. America) dip. You'd be better served focusing on the $ALSEA (Domino's/Starbucks LatAm) dip.

Legacy media sentiment is basically Oil and Gas in 2020. Doomed and dying. Transition to DTC will eventually turn out to be a roaring success but no one has the balls to look around that corner and make that call. $WBD $PARA $SONY

Yes, a buyout at ~0.5x book seems unfair, but when you're buying at ~0.3 it's still not terrible. Management trying to buy at ¥1,460, it's trading a bit above it. This is another cheap logistics company with a lot of land. I didn't own this one, but own many others.

Their product NetNut is growing revenue 100% YoY. NRR is 154%. Adding two new products later this year to upsell their customer base.
Has already run 1,100% in last year, but could easily double or triple in the next 12-18 months again.
